Holi Boli jeans are made by the very talented seamstresses at our sewing production house in Odisha, India. These jeans are now stocked at our New Zealand HQ/flagship store at 462 Ulster Street, Beerescourt, Hamilton and are ready to post to you.
The jeans story...
We source 'raw' denim from the KG Denim green denim mill in South India. Raw denim is kinder to the planet (and our skin) as it hasn't been through all the harmful acid or distressing washes.
It takes our seamstresses no less than 15 hours to make one pair of Holi Boli jeans. After we've prewashed the fabric, we cut each pair by hand.
We sew with high quality German thread on industrial Juki sewing machines to make a product that is beautifully tailored and long lasting.
We prewash, cut, sew and package our jeans all at the same premises.
To help increase longevity for denimwear and to be kind to the planet, we recommend that you only wash jeans after every third or forth wear. Turn them inside out, reduce the amount of detergent and line dry them in the shade to preserve colour and slow the natural fading process.
